What happens when AI actually works.

Real outcomes from businesses who stopped doing things the hard way. Here's what we've built and what it delivered.

AI Platform

Game Development Studio

Challenge

Solution

The studio’s development and production teams were working across multiple disconnected systems including Jira, GitHub and internal documentation tools. Research, documentation updates and project coordination were largely manual processes, slowing development cycles and increasing operational overhead.

The company wanted to explore how AI could unify these systems and automate repetitive research and workflow tasks without disrupting existing development pipelines.

Our team designed and developed a custom agentic AI platform that connects directly with the studio’s existing tools. Teams can run research, generate documentation and update project tickets using simple natural-language prompts.

The platform integrates with development tools, retrieves relevant data, and produces contextual outputs that can automatically update workflows. This created a single AI-powered layer across the studio’s research, development and planning environments.

Conversational AI

Hospitality & Events Platform

Challenge

Solution

Group trip and event planning typically happens across messy SMS threads where participants manually search for venues, activities and bookings. Coordination often requires dozens of messages, external searches and constant back-and-forth between group members.

The client wanted to explore whether an AI assistant could participate directly in group text conversations and help coordinate plans without requiring users to install a new app.

Our team developed an AI-powered group SMS assistant capable of participating directly in real-time group conversations. The system integrates with messaging infrastructure and external APIs to understand group intent, recommend venues and coordinate plans through natural language interaction.

Users can ask the assistant to plan activities, suggest venues or organise events directly within their existing text conversations. The system analyses messages, retrieves relevant information and responds conversationally while maintaining context across the group thread.

AI Workflow Automation

Digital Product Development Company

Challenge

Solution

The client managed multiple internal systems for research, documentation and project coordination. Teams spent large amounts of time manually collecting information, updating records and moving data between tools.

These repetitive tasks slowed delivery cycles and created unnecessary operational overhead across the organisation.

The company wanted to explore how AI could automate internal workflows and reduce the time spent on routine operational tasks.

Our team designed and implemented an AI-driven workflow automation system that connects internal tools and orchestrates tasks through natural language commands.

The system retrieves relevant information, generates structured outputs and automatically updates connected platforms, allowing teams to trigger complex workflows from a single prompt.

This created an intelligent automation layer across the company’s research, documentation and operational processes.

Computer Vision AI

Sports Analytics Tech Company

Challenge

Solution

The client was developing a system to analyse athlete movement during competitive sports matches using video footage. The initial tracking model attempted to detect and monitor all players across the full court area, which created accuracy issues and high computational load.

Visual occlusion, camera distance and overlapping detections reduced the reliability of player tracking and slowed real-time analysis.

The client needed a more precise computer vision approach that could improve tracking accuracy while reducing system processing demands.

Our team redesigned the tracking pipeline using a bounding box optimisation framework that restricts detection to the most relevant region of the playing field.

The system analyses video frames, identifies athletes within a defined tracking zone and filters detections based on spatial positioning relative to the camera. By focusing on the near-side region where visual clarity is highest, the system improves detection accuracy and reduces unnecessary processing.

This optimisation allowed the platform to produce faster and more reliable athlete tracking data for downstream analytics and performance insights.

AI Content Generation

Entrepreneur Support Organisation

Challenge

Solution

The organisation regularly publishes stories highlighting the journeys of entrepreneurs within its community. Creating these narratives required significant manual effort from editorial teams who needed to transform short bullet-point submissions into compelling long-form stories.

This process slowed content production and made it difficult to maintain a consistent brand voice across campaigns and digital channels.

The client needed a way to scale storytelling while preserving tone, authenticity and editorial quality.

Our team designed and deployed an AI-powered storytelling system capable of transforming simple bullet-point inputs into structured narrative articles.

The platform integrates directly with the organisation’s content management workflow and uses trained language models to expand structured inputs into full stories while aligning outputs with the client’s tone and brand voice.

This allowed staff to generate high-quality narratives quickly while maintaining editorial consistency across campaigns and publications.
